Finest Spiced Ginger mixers

"While my Spiced Ginger is wonderful by itself, what can I add to it for a bit of variation?" Cornelius asked himself. After several nights of mixing and matching, he came up with some intriguing suggestions. "Just marvellous," he smiled.
The Lynn Brown Cocktail (created by her father, Malcolm Wadsworth)
2oz Great Uncle Cornelius' Finest Spiced Ginger
1oz fresh lemon juice,
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz (approx 2 teaspoons) Grenadine
1/2 teaspoon of castor sugar
Place some crushed ice in a cocktail glass, shake all the ingredients with ice cubes and strain
over the crushed ice. Dust the surface with grated nutmeg and garnish with twists of lemon and
orange peel around a small nugget of crystallised ginger.
