2oz Great Uncle Cornelius' Finest Spiced Ginger
1oz fresh lemon juice,
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz (approx 2 teaspoons) Grenadine
1/2 teaspoon of castor sugar
Place some crushed ice in a cocktail glass, shake all the ingredients with ice cubes and strain over the crushed ice. Dust the surface with grated nutmeg and garnish with twists of lemon and orange peel around a small nugget of crystallised ginger.

1 measure cider
1 measure lemonade or ginger beer
1 measure Great Uncle Cornelius' Finest Spiced Ginger
1 measure whisky
Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slice

Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 measure James White Cox apple juice
Ice
Garnish with mint leaf and strawberries

1 measure James White Cox apple juice
2 measure sparkling mineral water
Ice
1 measure Great Uncle Cornelius' Finest Spiced Ginger
200ml natural yoghurt
Juice of 1 orange
Half a banana
Whisk in a blender, then either drink as it is, or try adding other fruits to taste - be adventurous. You could even try freezing it...
