Guy and Sheila Woodall have been making this range of cordials for as long as we, at James White, have been making apple juices. They were the original Elderflower cordial, famed for taking on the French Champagne houses in a noted court battle over their "Elderflower Champagne" - admittedly now many years ago.

Their innovative approach has over the years produced a range of cordials that are very traditionally English - Elderflower, Rosehip , Pink Ginger, Nettle and Detox (really Dandelion & Burdock) and also the exotic Kombucha (a slightly peachy-tasting fermented tea-based drink from the Orient).

We hope that we can continue their legacy whilst adding a little bit of our own James White flair!

Wild Elderflower
