National Army Museum Competition

As a quintessentially British brand, James White Drinks is partnering with the National Army Museum to celebrate the opening of ‘The Art of Persuasion – Wartime posters by Abram Games’ exhibition. This major exhibition explores the life and legacy of British designer Abram Games, focusing on his time as ‘Official War Poster Artist’ during the Second World War.

 

In remembrance of Games’ iconic ‘Grow your Own Food’ campaign posters designed to encourage the British Public to grow their own vegetables in the shadow of imposed rationing controls,  we are offering you a chance to win the prizes below:

  • A £500 voucher to grow your own ‘WW2 Vegetable Garden’
  • One of 10 pairs of tickets to ‘The Art of Persuasion – Wartime posters by Abram Games’ exhibition at the National Army Museum in Chelsea.

Terms & Conditions
There are 11 prizes in total. The first prize consists of a cheque or voucher for £500 to be sent to the main winner within one month of the prize draw. There are 10 runners up prizes each consisting of a pair of tickets to The Art of Persuasion – Wartime posters by Abram Games at the National Army Museum. Tickets will be mailed to winners within 30 days of the competition closing date and must be exchanged at the ticket desks in the Museum.

The exhibition runs until 24th November 2019. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Travel and other expenses are not included in the prize. The closing date for the competition is midnight on the 15th October and a winner will be contacted via email by Friday 18th October 2019.
