Festive Bloody Mary

Ingredients 

• 60 ml Whisky
• 5 ml Sherry
• 80ml Big Tom Juice
• 1 pinch Celery salt
• 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
• 1 Star Anise
• 2 Cloves
• 5 grinds of black pepper
• Celery stick / pearl onions / cinnamon stick / celery salt to garnish optional

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, give it a shake and serve in a chilled glass with a stick of celery and a cinnamon stick.

Spiced Apple and Ginger Cocktail

Ingredients 

• 50 ml Spiced Rum
• 100 ml Apple and Ginger Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters (Optional) 
• 1 Lime Wedges (Optional)

Add all the ingredients to a chilled glass, stir, and garnish with a wedge of lime.
